Went through the drive through; service was friendly and fast! My order was correct, and the food was delicious as always!

Ms. E needs a raise ASAP! She was spectacular and she welcomed all of us with a loving open arms. She made great conversation with my team! Ms. E is now my new bestie for life! Love ya Ms. E!!!!!

This is the Chick-fil-A closest to my house so I frequent it often. It's one if the few fast food establishments with a drive thru in the area. The food is always good. My order is always correct. I've only been through the drive thru but they typically move relatively fast no matter what time of day i arrive. I'll continue to visit this location.

I hit up the drive through to grab some lunch for my son. He was working and I wanted to do something nice for him. I was in the area and unexpectedly saw Chik-Fil-A tucked away behind the main shopping area in the South Loop. Having a drive through makes it so easy to grab food on the go. The young guy who took my order was really friendly and nice. He was pleasant and chatted with me for a minute before I moved on into the queue to wait for my order. It was a little busy but not as crazy as I have seen other locations. Maybe people don't know about it yet (I didn't). The line moved fairly quickly and I was on my way to drop off the goods. The food is always fantastic. They know how to do chicken right! I was just a bit disappointed because I ordered myself a Diet Coke and my son a Regular Coke. I double checked with the girl at the window, asking if one of the sodas she was about to give me was diet. She confirmed it was. When I got to my son's business BOTH were Diet Coke. Luckily he had other beverages at his shop so all was good. Overall, service was polite and efficient and the food quality was spot on.
